Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Lifelock Software IT Company, we strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a client may need to request a refund. Below is our refund policy, which outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted:
Services Eligible for Refund: Refunds may be granted for services that have not yet been completed or provided.
Requesting a Refund: Clients must submit a written request for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The request must include the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation.
Refund Amount: Refunds will be for the full amount paid by the client for the service.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the refund request.
Non-Refundable Services: Services that have been completed or provided are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, fees paid for domain registration, hosting, or other third-party services are non-refundable.
Refund Denial:We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we believe that the client has violated our terms and conditions.
Cancellation Before Start: Clients may cancel a project before the work has commenced. A full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
Cancellation After Start: If the project is canceled after the work has started, a prorated refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.
